#Wednesday Words – Iyanla Vanzant Words to Black Women

In an Interview with Madame Noire, Iyanla Vanzant had a lot to say about Black Women. In my opinion, her words were on point an accurate, and what some women need to hear.

There were reports that many women were upset by her words, check out the video below, leave a comment and let us know how you feel about Iyanla’s words.

Following this video, is another video where Iyanla is clarifying her words from the first video, check it out below.

Don’t forget to leave a comment and share:)

Peace and Love.

  1. Just happened upon your blog. She had very valid points. Women in general are getting mixed messages from OTHER women, media and from men. We say one thing to women and behave in ways that contradict what we speak. Many mothers today aren’t living examples of what a woman should be, and you can find these sorts of women in the boardroom and in the stock room.

    1. Peace @ Creativelybrown, thanks for stopping by & taking the time to comment. You are absolutely correct, especially re: the mixed messages received daily thru so many sources.

      Come back & visit:)
