Today’s #WednesdayWords come in the form of an inspirational video from the R&B/Hip-Hop Group Watoto From The Nile, comprised of Black, Female, Youth. Their thought-provoking, inspiring, original song dedicated to Trayvon Martin immediately spoke to my heart. They speak of the injustice surrounding the case and the outcome. I have been wanting to post my thoughts and feelings for days regarding the “Not Guilty” verdict, but have been putting it off…so I have decided to share this for now. My hope is that you will enjoy watching this video and will let the words to the song absorb in your soul.
