BlackWomenStandUp (#BWSU) Stands With #ERA2020 a Campaign With a Mission To Help Combat #CampusRape is standing with and in support of the work by ERA 2020, a Campaign with a mission to End Rape Altogether, hence the name #ERA2020.  This evening in Harlem at 7PM, a meeting is being held at The Dream Center Harlem located at 205 West 119th Street, New York, NY  10026, to start the discussion and work towards combating campus rape.

CREATE NY Presents”HE IS – A Day For Men” Saturday, September 30th 2017

Join’s Co-Founder, Tiffany Braxton who is a Member of CREATE New York (Group 2), a program developed by the Theatre Development Fund (tdf) and The Dream Center Harlem.  “HE IS – A Day For Men” is Group 2’s first Community Project.


“HE IS – A Day For Men” Doors open at 12PM for Registration, Workshops begin at 1PM.  Three Workshop Rooms based on Three E’s – Educate MEn, Enhance and Embrace MEn.  This event is for Adult Men and Young Men 16 years of age and up…

Ms. Veteran America 2014 – The Woman Beyond the Uniform

On Sunday, October 12, 2014 – People from all over will come together to find out who will be crowned Ms. Veteran America 2014!  This annual event is a fundraiser in support of  housing for women veterans and their children.  To think about these women sacrificing their life for our country, and to come home and have to deal with homelessness is unacceptable.  This event is a reminder that our women vets are more than just women in uniforms, but they are mothers, daughters, wives and sisters.  Lets stand in support of our Sisters who put their lives on the line for our freedoms.  If you are in the Virginia area, support this event by going to to purchase tickets or to donate to this worthy cause if you are not in the area.
